Yes, you can change your delivery address before the order is shipped. Contact our customer support immediately with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you're unavailable, you can reschedule delivery or provide an alternate contact person. You'll receive notifications before each delivery attempt.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Saturday). Deliveries may be made on Sundays in select areas. We don't process or deliver on national holidays.
All products are packed in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy corrugated boxes. Fragile items receive extra protective packaging. Each package is sealed and labeled properly.
